1991 Mazda b2200 clutch pedal gets stuck when applied

How can I fix a clutch pedal that gets stuck when I press it down. I bleeded the clucth pump after draining the old dirty fluid from the line. I does not happen all the time but It happens a lot; Could it be a faulty pump? or what could it be

Hi there,

I would be checking that the pedal pivot bushes are OK then the master cylinder ids not binding up.
