1990 Mazda b2200 Stalling out when I stop/break

Engine Performance problem
1990 Mazda b2200 4 cyl Manual 295000 miles

I have changed the fuel filter; checked the PCV valve; and done a tune up. It still stalls about 98% of the time when I break or stop. I have had people tell me it is the timing, or my clutch any other ideas.

Check for vacuum leaks at the brake booster hose and the booster itself, also clean out the EGR valve and see what happens
