1990 Mazda b2200 running hot and smokeing

when i start my truck up it smokes and then stops and after a little while it runs hot .i changed thermostat hoses ,plugs cap and rotor.still runs hot

Check and test the radiator if its clogged and the water pump if both okay, try bleeding it if it continues -get it block and pressure tested
