my truck runs rough,it backfires and stutters on hills and will die, i have changed wires,plugs, air and oil filter, i do not know where fuel filter is, i suspect this may be the issue but i am not a mechanic.what do u think the problem is, also on start up i need to sit in the truck and keep the revs up until it warms up or it will die, pls help
