1987 Mazda b2200 not getting spark

1987 Mazda b2200 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Manual

iv replaced the coil, distributor cap and rottor and batterie and still not getting spark any help would be great

with key on check for +12v at the coil connector, is it there? next check for -12v at other terminal with vehicle cranking.
