I have a 86 b 2000 4cyl 4 speed it flods out i mean over the top of carb if i pinch off fuel line and restrict fuel it runs great (float )??

Could be the fuel pressure is too excessive,a stuck open needle valve or the float has a pin leak and sinking causing the overflow
