does a rebuilt engine mean that the engine starts at 0 mileage all over again? also same for a transmission.

Hi there,

If you have a fully re built engine or transmission fitted, the life of that component starts again, the rest of the car is still considered that mileage shown , you should keep all paper work to prove the life of a re co engine or transmission, note the Km's or miles on the speedo when fitted.
