1994 Mazda 929 batery drain within 32 hours

And I specifi 32 hours), just bought it and they said new transmission then after two days the car wouldn't start,"wich I figure the ant theft kicked in",anyways they then took it to a auto electrical speclist and he fixed the prob.so it seems now the batery dies within 32 hours,checked the fuses and two new fuses have been added,with the car off they are still circulating 13watts,started diging into thhe dash and it fell apart cause he had glued the dash back together,any ways my question is what could he have added or bypasses, please help thank you

You would need to perform a paracitic draw test on the vehicle to find out what component is staying on to discharge the battery. This test requires a multimeter, and if unfamiliar may need to bring to a good repair facility to have diaged.
