Car has been sitting for 18 months...replaced fuel filter, spark plugs, change oil...have good spark, fuel from filter flows well. No fuel delivered to injectors. What is the next relay, the fuel pulse regulator or something like that...? Spark plugs are dry on removal after turning the engine. What is preventing the fuel from being carried to the injectors?

Do you hear the fuel pump come On for a few secs. If not check for power at pump connector. No power there, check the fuel pump control relay-location been looking for it couldn't find it. diagram below will help you started-also check the injector main relay.
