Mazda 626 stuck in neutral

Mazda 626 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 8900 miles

My mazada 626 is stuck in neutral, I can move the shifter but it does not shift into any other gears. please help!!

Check that the transmission is actually selecting gears, if so this will be an internal problem, probably a pump or torque converter problem, this will have to be towed to a trans specialist for detailed investigations as to the actual cause of the failure.
