The bracket for the visor broke when the visor was being lowered. I pushed the arm back up in the opening when it broke. However, 3 months later it is now falling down while you are driving. Can a replacement part be purchased and fixed by me or will a dealership have to repair this since an electrical wire also feeds through the bracket?

Order a new one from the dealership, and you can fix it. If you pull the electrical wire out a little bit more, you will find the connector that you can just unplug and attach to the new one. Your dealership will require the complete VIN to get your the right color and such.
