2002 Mazda 626 ENGINE WON'T START IN COLD WEATHER

I have change all modules and fuses in vehicle and if the ignition key is turned all electrical shuts down on the vehicle. Vehicle appears to reset and electrical, lights, dasboard, interior lights become operational again. If the ignition key is turn to the start position all systems shut down.

Have you tested you ignition switch? Why were all the modules replaced? Test in this manner!
