2001 Mazda 626 Misfire

I just put plugs in my car and it still has a slight miss to it. Im about to get a wire set to replace the old ones. If this doesnt cure my missing problem them what could it be. Note: There is no oil on the spark plugs.

Could be an engine compression, vacuum leak and weak ignition and fuel system
