I have a 2000 mazda, it had a transmission replaecd about 1,000 miles ago it has about 213,000 miles on it, it runs great once it is running, however it just started this that it idles extremely rough at a stop. When stopped at a light, stop sign, or just standing still the idle is so rough it will shake the entire vehicle. The car runs great, no idle problems while driving, no loss of power, etc. It has not put out any check engine codes, the light has never come on, I am at my wits end trying to figure out what it is. Plugs have been changes and no difference. can you help me as to where I start?

Start by checking ALL your vacuum lines and EGR system. Rough idle is usually due to vacuum leak.
