2000 Mazda 626 harmonic balancer

trying to get harmonic balancer off but it won't budge. have used wrenches, impact wrench everything, how can i get the bolt out so i can remove it to replace it with a new one.

Use a long breaker bar and a short pipe and brace it properly underneath and use the starter to crank the engine over
