This car is stuttering and missing upon acceleration for my wife. If I drive the car and keep the rpm up around 3000, then no problems. Also, at highway speeds no problem unless engine under stress (going up steep incline), then I have to dowshift and continue. Have replaced the sparkplugs, wires, fuel filter, run a gallon of Sea Foam through car, cleaned the Mass Air Sensor, replaced PCV valve and anything else I can determine from multiple websites. Engine light does come on but will occasionally go off. Engine Code states #3 cylinder misfiring. What can I do differently?
