2000 Mazda 626 car drives at high rpm/ 65 mph @ 4000 - 4500

i was told that the O2 sensor is bad by local parts store, which performed a check engine light diagnostic. i would like to know if anyone knows which sensor i would replace to remedy the problem of my car driving at high rpm, i understand ther are two sensors. don't want ot spend more than i have to.
