WITH AC ON DRIVING AC BUMPS ON AND OFF ON HIGH turn to low and it does not bump very often turn ac off and it stops RPM on dash jumps to 3 or 4 th today it did it with no ac on just one time after turning ac off Richard

IF I understand you correct it sounds like the a/c is cycling which is an indication of low freon. Generally the a/c is not cooling very effective when this happens.
