2000 Mazda 626 blue smoke on starting in the morning

2000 Mazda 626 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive 75000 miles

after topping up the oil the next day on starting blue smoke has started appearing for about 10 seconds at most it has never happened before it sis still doing it after a week but not as much.

Sounds like a valve seal/stems/guides problems
