1999 Mazda 626 Front Wheel Drive Automatic ? miles

left turn signal stays on all time causing battery to run down right signal works fine if in steering colume how do u dis arm air bag to remove steering wheel or is it something else

Hi I have a mazda 626.please help. and the left signal stays on and doesnt blink. the right one is fine I just cant get the left one to blink...is the 4 cylinder mazda 626. thank you
