Had PO133 code for O2 sensor upstream. Replaced O2, new plugs and replaced coil pack. Car has CA emissions package. Anti theft with no available reset code. No spark at coil pack, and appears no voltage at Crank Pos Sensor

Check timing belt
check for pending codes
O2 sensor will not cause a no start
crank engine and check for RPM reading on the scanner
also if check engine light on and will not go off while cranking suspect bad crank sensor
