1998 Mazda 626 Hard to start and chokes out

I have problems sometimes starting the car, and when you go to excelerate it seems to buck and kick and the rpms raise real fast. I have replaces fuel filter and fuel pump, catalitec converter is not bad. Can't figure out the problem.

Check the fuel pressure, throttle position and mass airflow sensors.
