How do I go about changing the cabin air filter in a Mazda 626 if this car does indeed have a cabin air filter. Also can you ball park a price to change the timing belt in this car.

You don't have a cabin filter for the said vehicle. It will cost you about 3 hours of labor plus parts. You have to call your local parts store for the exact price as prices vary by localities.
