The battery is fully charged and when I turn the key the dash lights will come on but no start. The starter wont even click. Tried a jumper on the relay but no GO.

Hi southcitymotors,

If there is no power supply to relay, a jumper would do no good.

If there is power and no click, check if the starter solenoid wire is dislodged, if not the starter needs to be replaced. The carbon is worn and not providing any continuity.

Knock the starter and it might wake up for a few kicks.
