Ok, So from what I understand so far, I could possibly have a master or slave clyinder problem. The clutch is fine, however the pedal sticks and does not come back up when driving. I have already tried bleeding the it and there was no air at all, and the brake fluid is completley full. I guess my question is what should I replace.

Try replacing the clutch master cylinder then go from there.
