where is it located and isit the sameasthe brakemaster cylinder? also i wastold youcould just add brake fluid somewhere to get my pedal from staying stuck down is that true?

It is below the brake master fluid in brake master flows to clutch master by a hose. Add fluid to brake.
Most likely you have bad slave cyl. on trans. or pressure plate failure
