1996 Mazda 626 car dosent run!!

the car turns over, gets spark and fuel but no bang, it only floods. please help me out, i have replaced the distributor, fuel pump, plugs and i have cleaned out the intake. i tried the idea perposed to change the feul pressure regulator but to no avail any other ideas?

Check your fuel pressure and also look for fuel in the fuel pressure regulator vacuum hose-gas inside means the regulator is gone-

i tried to replace the feul presure regulator but no dice... please help time and money is wearing thin.
