I HAVE A '95 MAZDA 626, IT WON'T START ON IT'S OWN, bUT IT WILL START WHEN I JUMp IT. I DISCONNECTED THE TERMINALS TO THE bATTERY WHILE THE CAR WAS RUNNING AND IT WAS STILL RUNNING. THE bATTERY'S FULLY CHARGED pER AUTO ZONE, COULD IT bE THE STARTER THAT NEEDS TO bE REpLACED OR IS AUTO ZONE bLOWING SMOKE LIKE THEY USUALLY DO?

Jumpering off a vehicle has nothing to do with starter, that is indicating that either the alternator is not charging the battery or the battery is just too old / weak. If the battery and alternator were already tested good then it could be a fault with the battery cables or ends. Check to ensure cables are not damaged and are tightened & clean at all connections
