1995 Mazda 626 Kicks out of gear

While driving my mazda will just kick out of fifth gear. What is wrong and what part or parts do I need? I can actually hold it in gear but if I let go of shifter it kicks out again. Thanks

Hi there,

Check that the bell housing bolts are all tight as this can cause this problem, if not it will normally be an internal problem with the box selection or gear lock in mechanism.
