My car has two issues: I would like to know if the dual fan that is in front of the car, should both fans turn on at the same time? I notice only the driver side one turns on but not the other one. Should only one turn on first then the other if is gets too hot? In may case just 1 turns on. Is it hard to replace? How can we do this? We would have to do it on our own due to money problems. There is also a little noise like a click click when I turn it on, when I drive on the highway I can't hear it but is that a big problem and how can I fix it?
Thank you so much for all of this.

The only time the other one comes on is when you turn the AC on which is for the condenser
