1994 Mazda 626 rear drum brakes

How do I get the drum back on after I've installed new shoes. I have a 94 Mazda 626. The parking brake is off and no, I don't have the brakes on.

Please help

Back off on parking brake adjuster at equalizer and back off auto adjuster ie. starwheel . center shoes drum should go on
