When i start the car up in neutral with the clutch engaged i get a rattling noise. Is this a problem with my pilot bearing or pressure plate or is it a bad syncronizer or something else with the transmission?

Usually clutch issue will make noise with while idling or when the clutch isnt engaged. Yours sounds like it may be a bearing problem in the trans, input shaft perhaps
