Electrical problem
1993 Mazda 626 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

my daughter's alternative recently failed. went to 3 mechanics to get fixed. finally thought it was repaired correctly. the last one "chased" the wires and secured a loose connection, and replaced the alternator. seemed to be working better than ever for about 2 weeks. last fri daughter drained the battery leaving the lights on. she jump started it, and now the battery seemingly wont charge fully. after running the car for what seemed a sufficient time, 30-40 min, the battery is weak and barely has enough energy to turn over the next morning. this has happened 2-3 times since the battery was drained. is the battery failing or is there still a problem with the alternator/electrical system?

To find out get both the alternator and battery load tested if both okay-there's a short circuit draining the battery overnite
