1993 Mazda 626 need help

i changed the fuel pump and distributor 2 times because it wont start. the plugs only fire sometimes, during those times the car will start but only momentarily b4 it shuts off.

Start by checking the fuel pressure if its within specification and then get back with the readings we start here.
