1990 Mazda 626 diagnose possible master problem

I've replaced my rear brake cyllinders and shoes which were slightly leaking and the shoes very worn and e-brake frozen. Prior to this my peddle was going to the floor with only front brakes working. After bleeding brakes twice, each time my brakes would again be to the floor. When I pump the peddle now, I'm getting air bubbles in the reservoir.

I think you may need to replace your master cylinder. The seals are not sealing anymore.
