Electrical problem

the car ran and started fine.went to store .came out and turn key nothing.push started it and it runs but the check engine lite came on.drove home and turned it off . turned key and no juice in bat. i put it on charge with a smartcharger and it ran for a few and said batt full checked all conections and turned the key it clicks bout ten times,the tak and spedo pegg out,then drop then the fuel and oil presure guage peggs out then drops. all lites are dimm also. was curios if that was a code or something simple
