Front and rear jack points

Four cylinder front wheel drive automatic 22,000 miles.

Can anyone tell me how to find the front and rear jack points on my car? The owners manual just shows me the jack points on the side of the car by the wheels but nothing in the center. I would like to lift the whole end at once but do not want to damage anything. A picture would even be better. Thank you very much.

There is a jacking plate at the front of cross member for front jacking. Use the center of the torsion beam axle for rear jacking.

This video is great when showing how to jack up your car.
