2004 Mazda 6 Manual

have a problem with traction control, running fine while standing but as soon as it starts to move, it dies. got the code C1119, looks like it has a problem with ABS (all sensors OK) or accelaration pedal sensor (replaced ,but when code appears it reads abnormal values)
