I need to replace the passenger power mirror glass and housing, the bottom and outer painted trim are good. I have the bolts out to remove the mirror, but how do I disconnect the wiring? Do I need to remove the outer and inner trim corner pieces to do this and is there any diagrams I can use?

press on the very outter edge of glass so that the inner side of glass comes outward. detach the pin while lifting up the inside of the mirror glass holder. pull the mirror glass holder and remove other pins. disconnect the connector then remove the glass holder and mirror glass as a unit.
