How to remove the panel

I got a dent in my Mazda 323 1,6 LX 1992 230000 kilometres.
and i need to remove the panel on the right side next to the backseat.
What is the easiest to do that?
(sorry if my english isn't perfect i'm from Denmark)

You will have to remove the seat and backrest, get a clip removal tool and pop the clips out...don't just pull or it will break the plastis on the panel!
