I recently purchased this Mazda from a private party. Today I stopped for lunch and after I started the car and immediately had no power steering. The fluid level is fine, no leaks, belts are fine. What steps should I take to diagnose? Any best guesses?

Thanks

Hi there,

You will have to have the pump pressure tested. That's a bit tricky on car, but it can be done, if pump pressure is ok, the steering rack will be a fault, i would be thinking a failed pump is your problem.
