2000 Mazda 323 airbag fault codes

My airbag light stays on and flashes 4 long and 8 short. Please tell me what this code means as it is driving me MAD!

Hi there,

This is a fault code attaining to the SRS system, there is nothing you can do your self, so you should go and get the code read at a dealer and have the fault repaired, while the light is on the SRS system is in-op.
