My car struggles to start in the cold weather. If it's not cold, but wet, it's not as bad.

It turns about 5 times until the battery eventually gives in. It starts with a jumpstart, no problem, and when I drive the car to work (2km from home) it's fine again for quite a long time. We've had the battery charged properly (it's only 13months old) and in summer it starts every day without hassle.

I need advice please as it's not really an option to buy a new car at the moment.
Thanks!

If you can check the degree output of the ECT and the IAT they must be within 5-10 degrees of each other, this is measured before the first am start up...
