Electrical problem

Suddenly my central locking will not work. Car was at panelbeaters to repair L fender and front passenger door. Working fine when I left it there, collected car now not working. They said not touched that area , took car to a auto electrician said ?? pinched wire somewhere. They took the unlock relay switch out because it was hot and would burnout. I found the relay switch and put it back on and the doors then could be unlocked thru central locking but you still can't lock then automatically. Is there a locking relay and if so where is it?
Everybody feels that the are not responsible for the fact that my central locking doesn't work.
