1995 Mazda 323 distributor or computer box???

hi.....i live in Fiji and 4 2 weeks no1 has been able 2 diagnose this problem.....

my car wont start n the mecahnics arent able 2 tell if the distributor is at fault or the computer box???

there arent resources to chk which part is not functioning...plz help....the spark is going from the computer box but the fuel is not flowing thru the pump and i guess it is not going to the distributor....

how can a mechanic tell if the distributor is at fault or the box...its either of the 2,,,,we r sure bout tat

you need to check for power at the fuel pump, and if there is 12V at the fuel pump the pump will be faulty.
