1993 Mazda 323 My 93 mazda won't shift into gear while star

I need to know what the solution to this problem is. It will not shift into any gear while the car is on. It will shift while off. Just happened after running fine before.

It sounds llike you need to replace the clutch. Clutch pressure plate and clutch disc, while you have it out replace the clutch throw out bearing.
