Engine Performance problem
1989 Mazda 323 Front Wheel Drive Manual 155000 miles
----------------------------------------------------------------
I have a problem starting my car occasionally. I usually happens after 3 or 4 hours after sitting. It will start sometimes just fine & then about 10 Seconds later just die. Then it might take several cranks to get it started, which then might die again. Sometimes after driving maybe 100 feet it will die again. Then I can go as long as I have gas. About 8 to 12 months ago it would start just fine & then my check engine light would come on after about a minute of warming up but would turn off about another minute later. The check engine light does come on now as well, but it is now dying. It also seems to hesitate when you punch on it. I'm getting good gas mileage though.
