1988 Mazda 323 Smoke comming from spark plugs

My car was cheap and has always had a smell to it, but recently there has been a small amount of white smoke coming from one or two of the spark plugs. The car is also idling really rough. Any thoughts?

The sparkplug could be loose causing it to run rough or the valve cover is leaking and the oil is making it to the plugs port
