Hi,

Are the brakes working properly? Also, is the sound loud enough to record and upload for me to hear? Could the sound be a vacuum like sound?

The brakes are assisted by engine vacuum. If there is a leak, you may be hearing a noise. The power brake booster is under the hood mounted to the firewall on the driver's side. I attaches a pic below and circled the booster and the vacuum hose that goes to it.

Have a helper start the engine and apply the brakes while you check to see if that is where the sound is coming from.

Let me know.

Does this do this sitting still or only when you are moving and you hit the brakes?

Gurgling is not a typical noise that the brakes make so I am thinking it has more to do with the cooling system but can you get a recording of this noise? That may help us identify what this could be. Thanks
