My radio panel where you can control climate and the radio, does not light up nor does the climate control work and my windows will not operate. My temperature that senses the outside temperature does not work.

I would try taking it to a dealer and talk to them about it first. See if they would repair it as a goodwill item under warranty as you are barely out of the 36,000 window according to your information.

The only common item between the windows and the control panel is the body control module. It would need to be tested using a scan tool to see if it has a fault. If so and a reflash of it's software didn't repair it you would need to replace it and program it to your vehicle. Unfortunately Ford made it so that replacement units have to be new ones, so they are expensive.
